Jody Yu: Jody is sitting at the VIP booth, in her elegant little black one-piece, paperwork stacked neatly in front of her. She holds a piece of the paper in her hand, looking over it carefully.

Thomas Judge: He is in a suit, shocking I know, what’s more shocking is it suits him. It's black and plain, with a white shirt and simple crimson tie, the cuffs appear a little more expensive, but that small richness finishes the outfit. This meeting was different from the last, he needed to impress. He needed there help. So he the Devil does what has to do to get the job done.

Jody Yu: The Maitre d' smiles as Thomas approaches the front. "Welcome to the Concerto Club, sir. What can we do for you this evening?"

Thomas Judge: He smiles "'oping for a drink and if you can direct me to the whereabouts of Miss Yu." He stands straight arms folding behind his back. Most think he is a buffoon, maybe that’s what he wants them to think, they also don’t see him as a threat, there mistake and most of all they trust him. He could be the Nom d’mauvais of a craftier Devil. Such thoughts filter through his mind, the betrayals of the MorningStars dream. He will show them, he will show them all.

Jody Yu: The Maitre d' nods a little bit, and collects the $100 cover charge, which includes two complimentary drinks. "Miss Yu is at the VIP Booth." He points the booth out, near the back, away from the stage. It seems to offer an excellent vantage point of the entire floor. "If you give me your drink order, I'll have a waiter brink it to the table."

Thomas Judge: "Whiskey straight up please gov, no thrills for me, am good enough as it is." That cocky cockney grin as he walks in, he has been in here only twice but one time was with Karlos, he knows his way to the VIP booth, and it isn't hard to make out Jody. He apporches the table and remains standing "'Allo Miss Yu, can I join you." He doesn't say pet, or luv or darling, he remembers.

Jody Yu: She looks up as he approaches and rises, smiling politely. "Mr. Judge...a pleasure to see you again." She extends her hand, giving her trademarked little nod into a partial bow. "Please, by all means, have a seat."

Thomas Judge: He takes her hand, a small curt shake as he bows slightly as well. He pulls out a seat and sits, hands pulling down the front of his suit jacket to remain presentable. "I 'ave to say it is always a pleasure to meet you, you 'ave been nothin' but gratuitous an nice to me, I wish all business contacts I 'ave could be so civil." The compliments pour easily from his mouth, a little honey words can’t hurt right.

Jody Yu: She reseats herself, smiling courteously. She sets the paperwork aside before settling her small hands in her lap. "I am glad I could make such an impression. What may I do for you today?"

Thomas Judge: "Business, are you aware of the current state of the courts or more precise wat 'appened to 'em?" He rests his arms on the table in front of them, hands entwined.

Jody Yu: "I have been informed, yes." She nods, back kept straight, the epitome of good posture. "Such information was relayed to the Concerto Club. While the specifics were not, we were informed that it was not specifically a violation of the treaty, as it was apparently instigated by other Fallen, and thus we cannot intervene."

Thomas Judge: He nods "I 'am aware, however we 'ave no proof that it was committed by other fallen, however that by any stretch does not mean any other group did, I understand yer position and am not here concerning such matter. I' am here to see wat protocol 'as to be put in play for my own court to be recognised. Wat 'as formed out of the ashes of the old court does not match wat I see as a functioning court an as such wish to present an alternative to the fallen of the city." He straightens a cuff, his ettique quite good when he lets it be.

Jody Yu: "Ahh..." She nods, understanding coming to her eyes. "My apologies for the assumption. So you are forming a separate Court." She nods. "Of course, your Court is welcome to join the Treaty. You are, I assume, aware of how the Treaty works...would you like it explained once more, simply for completeness's sake? I can assure you, it is the same for one Group as it is for another."

Thomas Judge: "Wen Karlos was 'ere we went through it, I 'ave sum problems with it, but until a solution is found, tis the best thing to maintain the peace. The law you luv to 'ate." A small grin "I do not know if number count, because at the moment there is only myself an one other who 'as pledged loyalty to me. We 'ave one in the wings, pardon the pun, but I 'ave told 'im to seek out the other court, to make a choice on wat he sees'. So we are currently more a circle of fallen then a court." He looks around for his damn drink. "In reflection, please rely the treaty to me, one can't be to careful." He focuses back on Jody, those blue eyes shining.

Jody Yu: The waiter comes up, providing Thomas his Whiskey...it appears to be damn good whiskey, too. Old, quality stuff. Jody pauses a moment, allowing the waiter to leave, before answering. "Of course. The basis of the Treaty is this; any member of your Court, and all Thralls associated, are protected under the Treaty. No member of the Treaty may attack them within the state of New York, unless in self-defense. In return, all members of the Treaty receive the same protection from your Court. The exception to this is other Fallen and their Thralls, as like types are allowed conflict. Further, there is a Demilitarized Zone, from Liberty Street south, which allows all individuals to make their way here to the Concerto. Use of any offensive ability is disallowed within the Demilitarized Zone, including within the Concerto Club."

Jody Yu: "Also, mortals may not be lured from the Demilitarized Zone outside so that they may be utilized for your purposes. Outside of the Demilitarized Zone, you may use your abilities and offensive capabilities on any non-Member of the Treaty, including mortals not affiliated with any Treaty organization or the Concerto Club."

Thomas Judge: He listens and sniff's his Whiskey, damn that’s 12 years old at least. Good choice. A small sip and it hits the spot straight away. He places it to his right hand side as his hands come together again. "A question, one can presumable defend themselves in the demilitarised zone if attacked, usin' an offensive ability if need by and bypass that rule as such?" The devil is in the wording as they say.

Jody Yu: "Of course." She nods. "If one is attacked, one may defend themselves in any way necessary. If the original offender breaks off his attack and attempts to flee, it is expected that you should break off your defense, and contact the Concerto about the violation. This prevents the verbal provoking of an attack so one can circumnavigate the Treaty."

Thomas Judge: "Understand Miss Yu. As I said early is there a base number you must ave before joinin' as such, I have but few now but I think in time it may grow?"

Jody Yu: "No, there is no base number." She shakes her head. "An organization need only be wishing to enter the Treaty and willing to abide by its provisions...there are no other prerequisites."

Thomas Judge: He nods again "Then we 'ave an accord" His eyes flash that heavenly blue, there was just something about brokering a deal that was a real turn on. "Are there any documents you need, the names of our current memebers?" He takes another sip of his whiskey. Tongue licking his lips, not wasting it by far.

Jody Yu: "The names of the current members is a requirement, as well as updating that list when others join. This list is not shared with the other members of the Treaty, it is only so we know who is involved where."

Thomas Judge: "Very well, there is myself Thomas Judge, your laison for the moment, as well as head of the cirle, then there is Keiko Moroboshi. As I said the other is in the wings and has not pledged himself as yet."

Jody Yu: She makes a mental note of it. "Understood. I welcome you to the Treaty, and wish the best for your organization, Mr. Judge." A little, polite smile goes to the man.

Thomas Judge: He grins a little now business is over "Thanks Miss Yu, I will enforce the treaty laws 'as I would expect any who join this organization. Wen we ave a name, I'll let you know. I do 'ave one question though, wat is the standpoint on an unknowing attack. Say a fight starts between to faction members not of the same group an one reports it, surely the other can’t be punished for his lack of knowledge on others membership. A warning perhaps?" This one always got him, very, very gray area, and he didn't like gray unless he was mixing it.

Jody Yu: "That is something that is, of course, taken into consideration when such a situation occurs. Both sides are consulted, when possible, and often, viewing the incident, if possible, is also done. As long as such a situation does not occur within the obundaries of the Demilitarized Zone, rarely is either side punished, as long as neither side was aware."

Thomas Judge: He nods "Sorry, am want to give me troops as it were the full run down so they don't make the same cock-up's I did." He drinks his whiskey downing it, by the first he is going to make sure he gets another them before he leaves. "Anything else that needs to be disscussed Miss Young?" A raised eyebrow, and even a coy grin to her.

Jody Yu: "Of course, Mr. Judge." She smiles to him, with a little nod. "That is entirely sensible. And, unless you have any further questions for me, I believe that is all that requires discussion at this time."

Thomas Judge: He pushes out his chair and stands holding out his hand "I won't keep you then Miss Yu, thank you for yer patience, an' I 'ope for a promising relationship with the treaty."

Jody Yu: She rises as well, taking his hand and shaking it with a smile. That little, odd nod-bow follows. "Good evening, Mr. Judge. I only see good things in the future between your Court and the Concerto Club."

Thomas Judge: Another curt nod "Robin things Miss Yu." He smiles leaves her a wink and heads over to the bar, to get his next free drink then leave, you could say he is cheap but he would just say he is old fashioned, really old, he downs the whiskey as soon as it is placed in front of him and leaves, a swagger in his steps, it was official now, It's on!.

Jody Yu: She smiles as he heads away from the table and takes a seat, going back to her paperwork with a small smile on her face.
