Travis Kennedy: Travis walks up to the door and knock politely.

Kelton Michaels: He's waiting patiently in his office for the respective parties to come up. The man is actually smoking, too, a hint of lines on his usually smooth, if older, face. Still, he looks pleasant enough as he sits behind his desk.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *the woman strides in the Chantry like a stor, air oozing in heaths around her, as she heads for the office*

Kelton Michaels: "Come in, please."

Travis Kennedy: Travis slips into the office silently, black hair pulled down to either side of his eyes, wavy strands moving in the air as he passes through it. He takes a seat, knowing the routine.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *she arrives and knocks the knock precise, once*

Kelton Michaels: "Good evening, Ellenweorc." He smiles a little, stubbing the cigarette out in the ashtray. "I'm sorry to have called you so suddenly, but there is something that I need to discuss with you and Dragana. I believe she is en route."

Travis Kennedy: "Sure, Master Kelton."

Kelton Michaels: "In fact, that's probably her now. Come in, please," he announces, in pretty much the exact same way he called Travis in.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *And yes, she is, the woman strides in, noticing Travis, her look can be prefectly fiering, barely containing a snarl, moves on and puts her cel phone on Kelton's Desk.. her hands are actually leaving marks on the metal, the heat on the so intence is innevitable* why is ... him... here?

Kelton Michaels: "Sit down, Dragana." The smile vanishes, just a little bit, a hint of authority in his voice, one that is perhaps surprising to the others.

Travis Kennedy: Travis smiles, as he is prone to do.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *The air around her is unnusaly warmer, it is generally but right now is more... visible, green eyes more to Kelton, before she takes the commanded seat*

Kelton Michaels: He smiles a bit more amicably when Dragana seats herself. "Now. Ellenweorc. Dragana contacted me earlier this evening, stating that she had been contacted by an Elijah Phillips, who identified himself as a friend of yours. Mr. Phillips claimed to be an old friend of someone Dragana has been working on for a while...a demon. Apparently, Mr. Phillips was quite threatening to her." He looks to the woman, to seek her aggrement of his explanation.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *Green eyes dig on Kelton* he was 'knowledgable' of my Nature, when I made clear to aboid any idea of it slipe towards my target *eyes moving to Travis, for the slight second* he recuested a meeting

Travis Kennedy: Travis' eyes light up. "Hmmm!"

Kelton Michaels: "Is this a situation you were aware of previously?" He turns an even gaze to Kelton.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *her eyes narrow at Travis atitude* he performed unnauthoriced MAgic upon me quite a few nights ago

Travis Kennedy: (I'm assuming you ment Travis?)) Travis nods, smiling, "Ah huh."

Kelton Michaels: ((Yeah, I meant Travis. :P)) "Would you care to elucidate?"

Travis Kennedy: He nods, "A few nights ago, I was contacted by the -" He raises his hands into quotes, "demon. Apparently someone had summoned a more evil member of their type, and they had just finished sending it back. He wanted me to find the person that had summoned it before she managed to summon it again."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *lifts an eye brow at Travis*

Kelton Michaels: "What do you mean by..." He mimics the man's quotations. "'Demon?' Are you saying this person is not a demon?"

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *Narrows her eyes* The person who spoke to me claimed to be 'old' acquatances with my target.... that only leads to one line of what it is...

Travis Kennedy: "Target?" He shakes his head, "Too many questions in the air. Was Dragana sent to kill the summoned demon?"

Kelton Michaels: His lips quirk downward a little. "You know exactly who I mean. The person who contacted you. Are they a demon?"

Travis Kennedy: "Maybe. I don't know. It has not been confirmed. The person is possessing a body. The person has the ability to change his/her shape. Is that a demon?"

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *takes a deep breath in.... trying to control merely for now*

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *rolling her eyes, at the ignorance of the man, looks to Kelton* what ever he things this person is. it still does not change the fact that he let out to be knowin whom I was, what I was and my contacting information to a danger

Kelton Michaels: He looks at Travis a moment, eyebrow raising. At Dragana's words, he nods a little, looking to her for a moment, then back to Travis. "Your response to Dragana's point?"

Travis Kennedy: "That Dragana should really go to the meeting. I will be there as well. I would like to know why Dragana was the only other person in the last two months to enter that library besides Cynthia."

Kelton Michaels: "You acknowledge giving Dragana's name, her status as a Hermetic, and her phone number to this person, who you acknowledge as an unknown quantity, possibly demonic, without first consulting me or Deacon Dourinus?"

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *smirks, looking to him* you are dreaming Ellen if you even consider I will take you along on ANY endeveaour

Kelton Michaels: "Dragana, silence." The words come out calmly.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *Green eyes meet Kelton's or his way, she cletches her teeth, though is more an atempt to reign her tempter under the command that any anger directed at Kelton*

Travis Kennedy: "I didn't ask you, Dragana. Sorry. You're permission was never required. I did not tell him what you were. He probably fished that out of you, assuming you spoke to him with your usual demeanor. I simply gave him a phone number, because I believe you should meet with him."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *her eyes flare, contaitning from merely frying the pathetic creature by shere willpower, her eyes moving to Kelton, in a resort to remain calm, discipline over it all*

Kelton Michaels: He looks to Dragana. "Please, to the best of your ability, relate your conversation with Mr. Phillips as best you can."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *frowns, drawing onto cold politness in Travis presence* I was contacted by a Elijah Phillips, who claimed to be frieds with Ellen, Travis, saying he had heard quite the bill on me and recuested a meeting... dinner.. I asked the why of the manner he remarked a few things on a person I have been investigating. I recuested of him how he had ment her, her claimed he was 'old' firend with her *looking to Kelton at all times* when I said where he claimed a public place... as he knew our, refering to Travisa and mine, kind liked private... I asked if Travis had claimed on things. he said he was not told nothing he did not already know... The issue here beeing, his other connection to me is a woman who knew nothing about me, expect my mortal handle

Kelton Michaels: He nods a little, then looks to Travis. "In answer to your question, Ellenweorc, Dragana was conducting business at my direction. Business that has apparently become an issue, now that Mr. Phillips knows the situation. The situation was being monitored at all times, and Dragana was reporting back to me directly at each step."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *Adding to Kelton* I have been warned by my carry... the kind of her and minious would atempt attacks if they found out on our bussiness

Travis Kennedy: Travis nods with a smile. Cocky bastard.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: ((had been))

Kelton Michaels: "Do you understand what I have said, Ellenweorc?" He regards the man a moment.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *No.. her anger agaist the pathetic one is big enough, so she is focusing on Kelton, commanding well learned discipline*

Travis Kennedy: "I do. I told you what I was doing, that that I was investigating these creatures. I've told you this. And then you went behind my back and assigned Dragana to do the same damn thing as I was doing. I understand."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *fist closing, she simply reminds perfectly still, warmth oozing from her in waves though*

Kelton Michaels: He regards Travis for a very long moment, eyes becoming stern. "Ellenweorc. I have been quite reasonable to you, up to now. My reasonable nature is running out. Do not presume that you know everything that goes on within this Chantry. Dragana was working on this long before you were. And if you wish to keep your student, and not have her assigned to another person, you will be respectful to me. Are we understood."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: ((ok.. 20 mins warning =( )) *She keeps politely cold, still, for now listening*

Travis Kennedy: He narrows his eyes and smiles, "Master Kelton, this is my respect. I respected Dragana when I called her Elaine to Eli, and not Dragana. I respected her when I did not look through her past to see what she was doing, but left her alone to meet with this man on her terms. In my eyes, I've helped her invertigation, I've protected her privacy, and I've respected her bloody pride. I respect you by telling to the truth, by submitting to whatever the hell you and the other Deacon did to me before without question, and by bringing in students. I'm sorry if I've offended either of you folk. I'll try harder." He smiles.

Kelton Michaels: "And you don't feel the proper way to resolve this would have been to speak to me about it before you revealed anything at all about a member of the Covenant to an outsider who you admit to be an unknown quantity, possibly a demon? Thus, possibly endagering a member of this Covenant?"

Travis Kennedy: "I didn't think anything would be done about it, Master Kelton. This place doesn't seem to move, in my eyes, so I have to make things move on my own. I'm sorry, but it's the truth."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *Her eyes narrow, barely containing from blunting a remark... this time IS Kelton right to do so*

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *But her eyes go slowly to Kelton, oddly... becoming.. coldy calm, as if waiting for him to command*

Kelton Michaels: "If you do not trust the Covenant, then why are you here? Thus far, I have seen you consistantly work on your own, without reporting to me on nearly anything. You will not divulge any part of the training you are giving your student. You peform a scrying attempt, are exposed to highly corruptive magic, and it is only by the notification of others that I am aware of this, and able to cleanse the corruption you got off of it. You speak with possible demons, revealing information about other members of this Covenant, without regard to what the members of the Covenant might feel, or perhaps the fact that the situation is well in hand. Every one of these actions has potentially endangered a member of this Chantry, or the entire thing itself."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: ((ten mins warning =( )) *her eyes narrow even more, the gained cold calmness reminding*

Travis Kennedy: "You asked me to investigate more into this big demon thing. You knew I was working with the Technos to stop the evil mummy thing. You were at my current place of residence, and even helped ward it, as it was wrapping up. I've tried to get you involved. Sir, are you saying that you don't trust me? If so, look into my mind and see for yourself my intentions and what I've been doing. If this is about trust, then end any questions to could have about my loyalties right now. I'm sick of being the lone agent of the 4E that actually has a hand in the city. Please, by all means, get some other people working with me. I could use the help." He looks over at Dragana, "Just not Dragana's."

Kelton Michaels: "I am saying, Ellenweorc, that you do not trust us. And if you do not trust us, how can we trust you?" He looks at the man, almost a little sadly. "I once left the Covenant because I did not trust it. I have seen the error of those ways. I hope it does not take you making the same mistake in order to learn to trust."

Travis Kennedy: "I. am. not. you."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *her eyes narrow even more dangeriously at Travis, then she looks to Kelton, a glint of.. something behind the green eyes, but she will hold any words for now*

Kelton Michaels: "No. But you walk my path."

Travis Kennedy: "Good. I'd love to disappear for a few months, only to turn up again as a Master. How'd you pull that off, Master?"

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *Green eyes remind on Kelton, still narrowed*

Kelton Michaels: "It is amazing, the revelations one can have and the advances one can make, when one's mind is unshackled from the bonds of slavery. Perhaps when you unshackle your own mind, you will learn this as well."

Travis Kennedy: Travis' eyes go wide, and he may either start to cry or laugh, "What? You're telling me to leave?"

Kelton Michaels: A raise of the eyebrow. "I fail to see where you got that from what I said."

Kelton Michaels: "Are you insinuating that membership in a Chantry is slavery? I certainly don't see it as such. Do you?"

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *lifts an eye brow, containing, still*

Travis Kennedy: He bites his bottom lip. He clearly said it. You're following his path, Travis. Do what he did, and you might learn what he did. He looks over to Dragana. She's on a different path, maybe. She shouldn't know about this secret path to power. That's why he's hiding it. He... He should think about this for a bit. Travis bows his head with a smile. "I guess I misunderstood you. Sorry."

Kelton Michaels: He watches Travis for a long moment, before he nods, slowly. "Now. In regards to this situation. Dragana, you will attend this meeting. In a place, comfortable to us. Ellenweorc, you will help to convince this Mr. Phillips to accept this location. We will make sure all protections are in place, and none of us are in danger. I will attend as well, though I trust that my name and rank will not come into play. I will come across as Dragana's apprentice."

Travis Kennedy: He nods. This was acceptable.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *lifts an eye brow, something glintering in her green eyes, looks to Kelton* He will not come with us

Kelton Michaels: "No, he will not. He will help to convince Mr. Phillips to accept the location, but he will not be there."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *Nods, once*

Travis Kennedy: "Hmmm."

Kelton Michaels: "Ellenweorc, there is one other thing I must discuss with you, entirely unrelated to this. Dragana, thank you for your time and coming to see me. Go ahead and contact Mr. Phillips at your earliest conveniance."

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *grunts under her breaht and simply states* I would wish a few words alone with you Deacon

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: It will be done, when we have secured the location

Kelton Michaels: Eyes pass to Dragana, then he nods. "Pf course. I will come to see you directly after I am done here."

Travis Kennedy: Travis leans back in his chair.

Dragana Messánie Lindonar: *nods once, standing* then I shall wait. Good evening Deacon *she stands, and turns without a look to Travis* I still will claim my right Deacon *moving out of the office*

Travis Kennedy: He laughs quietly to himself, watching Dragana leave with a playful look.

Kelton Michaels: He waits until the door closes, then looks to Travis, expression serious again. "There is a matter I must discuss with you, in regards to Miss Randelle."

Travis Kennedy: "Oh, okay. Isn't she great?" He smiles, quite proud.

Kelton Michaels: "She is progressing well, I believe. However, I believe she needs proper training in the responsible use of the Arts."

Travis Kennedy: He giggles, "Oh?"

Kelton Michaels: "What is amusing?"

Travis Kennedy: He shrugs, "Please, go on."

Kelton Michaels: "Answer my question."

Travis Kennedy: "She's a very responsible person. I'm trying to imagine a time when she would use her magic publicly, and I'm having a hard time."

Kelton Michaels: "I wish I could agree. She did in fact use her magic in a very public place, in order to level a curse upon two sleepers, an Akashic, and a newly Awakened member of this Covenant. The newly-Awakened member's Pater is quite angry over it."

Travis Kennedy: "Oh? Why did she do that?"

Kelton Michaels: "Perceived insults."

Travis Kennedy: "Oh. Where and when did this happen? I can only assume an investigation is underway to determine the severity of the insults."

Kelton Michaels: "The severity of the insults has been determined, through proper investigation from my end." He nods. "The Sleepers were in fact quite rude, our new Apprentice, who is quite young and naive, asked, due to Miss Randelle's skin tone, if she was an Albino, and thus part of the sideshow. She then levied a fairly powerful curse upon them."

Travis Kennedy: "Oh." He shrugs.

Kelton Michaels: "You do not feel this is a concern?"

Travis Kennedy: He shakes his head. "Not really. Should I?"

Kelton Michaels: "You don't see where peforming a powerful, possibly fatal curse in a public place, where there may or may not be Technocrats, to people who she didn't know where even other supernaturals as part of the treaty, or if nothing else Sleepers who had no means of protecting themselves, is a concern? Not to mention performing such magic on a member of this Covenant, rather then determine who she was and possibly take the issue to me, so it could be dealt with properly?" He raises an eyebrow. "Perhaps Miss Randelle is not the only person in need of the proper tutelage in responsible use of magic."

Travis Kennedy: "Perhaps we should keep records on every person in the world. That way we will always know who we are dealing with and whether or not we have the authority to act. Perhaps we should have a form to fill out to get permission to defend ourselves when assaulted. If someone walks up and starts giving me a bad day, I do not see a problem with making his day a little worse as well. If she had killed them, then there would be a problem. Since she did not, I will simply thank you for informing me of her actions, and continue with her instruction in our ways."

Kelton Michaels: He nods a little, looking a bit tired. "I see. What you fail to understand is, it had potential to kill them. Upon tracing them back upon the Sleepers, I've found incredible acts of poor luck, including car accidents, near-rapes, and worse. Therefore, you and Miss Randelle will both be attending studies, with me, in the act of responsible use of magic, as you obviously do not comprehend it. Further, you are restricted from use of magic, whatsoever, for the duration of one week. What Miss Randelle did was tantamount to violation of the Code of Hermes in regards to harming, by action or inaction, another Order mage, and by the Code, I hold you responsible for her action, as her Pater. if you disagree with the punishment, I can bring a tribunal to order."

Travis Kennedy: A raised brow, "Hmmm. So the crime is harming another Order mage? That's it?"

Kelton Michaels: "Cursing an apprentice of the Order in return for a perceived insult is harm, yes."

Travis Kennedy: "Nothing more?"

Kelton Michaels: "Did you not hear the rest of that?" He actually looks incredulous. "Do you understand what responsibility in the use of magic means?"

Travis Kennedy: "I understand that harming another Order mage is very severe, but it seems to me that you are trying to slip in the Sleepers and the Akaskic under the umbrella of 'responsibility'. Punishment I will accept as her Pater for the serious crime of harming another member of the Order."

Kelton Michaels: "I am not 'slipping anything' in anywhere, Ellenweorc. What happened to them was a Low Crime, and I think you know it. Unless you feel there is a difference between cursing someone and not informing them--so that Fate decides they get hit in front of a car--and hitting them with the car yourself. There is no difference. You accept responsibility for your magic as if it was your own actions. Which means that your student hit someone with a car, nearly hit another three times, put someone in a situation where they were nearly raped, caused them to walk into light poles, nearly fall off a building, and so on, and so on, and so on. I am being EXCEPTIONALLY light by doing this, and I am on the verge of calling for a Tribunal...the only reason I am not is because Certamen is sure to follow soon."

Kelton Michaels: "And if you would like further explanation, it was extremely reckless to perform such magic openly, as it was risking her discovery by Technocrats, thus causing further risk to herself, our newest apprentice, and the Akashic."

Travis Kennedy: He nods and shrugs. "True enough."

Kelton Michaels: He nods, relaxing a little. "My judgment stands. I expect it to be followed, and I will schedule such meetings with you and Miss Randelle. That is all, Adept."

Travis Kennedy: Travis stands and bows sloppily, and then heads for the door.

Kelton Michaels: He watches the man leave. The sloppy bow is not unnoted. He withdraws another cigarette, lighting it, once the door is closed.

Travis Kennedy: Travis heads straight to the library to work off some steam. Bloody hell.
