Singha: It's a beautiful night to be out of the city, the woods freshly washed with rain from a passing thunderstorm makes the trees glisten in the light of the swelling Galliard moon.

Angelia Caponelli : Ang looks around and smiles a bit. These are the nights when it's good to be garou - rage rolling around under her skin at a not quiet boil, beautiful wyld to behold.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She stands beside Angelia, the natural air putting a bit of a smile on her face. City girl? Yeah, she really is. But it's good to get out and enjoy the wild when you can.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Sometimes it just seems more appropriate.. obsidian fur glistens as the light from the moon plays across it.*

Angelia Caponelli : She sets down her bag and gives a little streach. "Everyone able to hop over to the other side from here?"

Singha: A few fireflies wink in the gloom under the trees, playing their little bits of illusion.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Yeah, shouldn't be a problem." She looks around. "We ready?"

Eye-of-the-Storm: *A quiet chuff, a flick of the tail.* ~ws~ easier away from City. I am not as adept within Father Manhattan. I do not have his ways, yet. *pale eyes occasionally sweep to the lights from the wildlife.. the Judge calm, Lupus form a regal shadow of hard, distinguished lines.*

Angelia Caponelli : She nods and digs out the mirror from her bag. "Inggy? Ready?"

Singha: (obviously you can't use your totem bond to pull everyone across together, each needs to roll individually)

Angelia Caponelli : (nods)

Angelia Caponelli : She walks over to Ingvar and holds her mirror down near his eye level for him to use it to cross over before she goes.

Singha: (and is this in any specific place outside the city or did you guys just randomlyl decide on some spot that looked good?)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Hey! I thought that was an off-limits nickname." A little grin on the coyote mask, and she cracks her knuckles, ready to step over.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((Good question. I was going with the flow.))

Angelia Caponelli : (forest up state near Ang's cabin? That's a good 4, 5 hours out of the city.)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *For a moment, Pale eyes linger in Angelia's. A warning look- but he leaves it for her and stays on task, staring into the mirror.*

Singha: (so in the North Country, not the Catskills?)

Angelia Caponelli : (roll away)

Angelia Caponelli : (*nods* yeah catskills is the Sept's turf)

Singha: (No, Catskills is outside any Garou protectorate)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: 1,4,5,1,9,

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((*Thuds*))

Eye-of-the-Storm: 8,7,2,

Angelia Caponelli : 8,2,3,4,

Angelia Caponelli : (oi please say you used a mirror)

Singha: (in the interests of time, I'll allow Reyna to belatedly say she spent WP. *G*)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((Okay, thanks. *G* 'Cause Miss Overconfident Flaw, who's never botched a Gnosis roll before, probably wouldn't have used a mirror.))

Singha: Ingvar crosses over into the stark mountainous beauty surrounding the cabin, every thing seeming sharper, more brilliant, more...everything.

Angelia Caponelli : Alright. So on the other side Ang reaches over to scritch the back of Inggy's ear while she gets her bearings. "Make yourselves comfy."

Angelia Caponelli : (there's wolfies living up here too. Lots of 'em. I should note)

Singha: Slowly, Ang joins him, and it takes Reyna a bit of effort, but eventually, she joins them.

Singha: The cabin disappears on this side, not being old enough or important enough to make any real mark on the wildness of this place.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She makes it through...whoa, that was harder then usual. Too much city time, maybe. A look around, and a smile.

Angelia Caponelli : "Reyna, any last minute advice for dealing with Coyote?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Be ready for anything, and then some?" A little grin. "And more tricks then even I can imagine."

Angelia Caponelli : She smiles and nods, "Alright. Unpredictible. Well like I said. Make yourself comfortable." She sits down on the umbral grass to start the summoning.

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((Holy crap! sorry= my comp started to emit this incredible grinding noise. sloooooooowed down. Its stopped now.))

Singha: (sounds like your fan got either jammed or lost a bearing, or maybe had something touching the blades. If your comp stops working or gets really slow, it means it's overheating)

Angelia Caponelli : (weird) (alright taking 2 hours to do it for a jaggling so that should be diff 3?)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She nods takes a seat, looking over to Ingvar with a grin.

Angelia Caponelli : 1,5,7,5,

Singha: ((find out what kind of processor you have and get a fan for it if you find your fan has stopped, they're usually not too expensive)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((De dice dey haff heyted peepals fer de las too deyz.))

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Ingvar circles them a bit... body and instinct reacting to all that is here before the mind can slow it all down. A moment and he settles beside them.. his hackles are raised.. nose twitching in unconscious nervousness.. once he thought Reyna nearly a demon from myth.. Coyote.. that takes ~more~ effort.*

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((Thanks. Turned on ceiling fan- maybe it will help for now.))

Angelia Caponelli : And sits cross legged and calm pretty much unmoving for 2 hours.

Singha: After three hours...nothing happens.

Angelia Caponelli : She frowns deeply and looks around, "Reyna, Coyote likes the forest and all right?"

Singha: (roll per+occ and per+alert)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She looks at Angelia, leaning on her elbows. "Well, not the natural environ, but yeah, he likes it fine."

Angelia Caponelli : 9,5,9,4,5,

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Though pure heathen in a way many never know, the symbols and ideaology of Christianity finds some root in the traditions of his homeland. Around his neck, an small carving on a thong, a wooden emblem meant to represent "Old Scratch" in colorful gypsy rendering.*

Angelia Caponelli : 6,4,8,8,5,9,

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((Occ, then Alert))

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: 1,9,6,3,

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: 10,9,4,2,8,

Eye-of-the-Storm: 3,2,6,5,

Eye-of-the-Storm: 8,1,3,8,1,4,

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((Done in order))

Angelia Caponelli : (me too)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *He shifts... only barely restraining the urge to dart looks at the slightest noise..*

Singha: Ang notices the fireflies seem to be flying in a specific pattern, almost seeming to form a glyph. Ing and Reyna notice that there is a pattern, but doen't recognize it. Ang and Reyna hear off in the distance, a long howwwwlll, followed by barks and yips.

Singha -> Reyna Varinia Reiruno: Reyna notes the howl is a coyote howl.

Singha -> Angelia Caponelli : The howl is a bit fuzzy for Ang, but the barks and yips are the noises of Garou hunting the wyrm.

Angelia Caponelli : She studies the gyph for a long moment trying to identify it.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Too intent on the pattern.. he misses everything else. Once he heard that Coyote comes to steal the breath unless one can interpret his riddle.. he glances at Reyna.. hopefully.. they were lying about that as well. On the other hand, he could be ~looking~ at the riddle.*

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: A little, very honest and sincere grin at the howl. "Ho-ney, he's hoooome..."

Singha -> Angelia Caponelli : Ang is positive she's seen that glyph on Malc's left arm, hidden in the spiral designs there.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *...he wonders if he has time to interpret the pattern before Coyote arrives.. it would not do to seem a dolt in the eyes of so cunning a spirit.. he focuses..*

Angelia Caponelli : She holds up a hand for them to just wait a bit. "Careful. There's garou out there hunting something big and bad." She studies the glyph a moment longer, making sure to memorize it. "Malcolm ever explain his tattoos to either of you?"

Singha -> Eye-of-the-Storm: (roll Int+investigations)

Singha -> Angelia Caponelli : (not tattoos, but in the scars that decorate his left arm from the shoulder to the wrist)

Eye-of-the-Storm -> Singha: 2,9,7,3,4,

Eye-of-the-Storm: ~ws~ yes.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Don't recall it happening, no."

Angelia Caponelli : "His left arm's covered in scars. There's a spiral pattern and that is in the it sort of hidden."

Singha -> Eye-of-the-Storm: He recognizes the glyph as something hidden in the spiral filligree designs of scars that go from Malc's left shoulder to his left hand.

Singha: The barks and yips become louder, and Ing, too recognizes the Garou communications for hunting something wyrmy.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *his broad head tilts toward Reyna* ~ws~ left shoulder to left paw... the glyph.. *he looks back at it.* this design is hidden in the scars Malcom bears.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *His attention sweeps toward the sound, ears pricking.. he rises smoothly from his haunches, listening to learn where they come from, where they go, etc.*

Angelia Caponelli : She looks towards the sounds and drops down to hispo herself, getting ready. ~ws~ They're not hunting us are they?

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She nods a little. "Ahhh....okay."

Singha: The barks and yips seem to be heading in their direction at a rather wolfish rate of speed.

Singha: (per+alert)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: 8,1,2,5,4,

Angelia Caponelli : 8,6,1,4,4,5,

Eye-of-the-Storm: ~ws~ Us or they flow over us.. *pale eyes flick to the other two.* I am stoutest. Behind me.. he flows into Hispo himself, moving around the circle- not aggressive, merely preparing to absorb the brunt of an attack.*

Eye-of-the-Storm: 10,1,5,6,8,1,

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: As the others go all Hispo-y, she decides to take her version, taking the form that equates, which gives her the look and size of a red wolf. Pretty scrawny, next to the big bad Hispos, to be sure. Heh, heh, heh.

Eye-of-the-Storm: 5,4,4,9,10,

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((That was wits+enigmas for it to occur to Ingvar that this may be a coyote trick))

Singha: Ingvar sees the shape moving rapidly toward them through the gloom of the trees. Ang sees it when it's only a bound or two away. Reyna doesn't see it at all, too busy shifting and looking at the firefly "glyph"

Angelia Caponelli : Ang's as delicate looking in this form as she is in her homid but the deception is more evident in her fluid movments and deadly tooth and claw. She moves behind Ingvar, ears twitching, listening.

Angelia Caponelli : Ang crouches, ready, bracing but not aggressive.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: And that's fine. She's not stressin' it, though she does get behind Ingvar as requested. Best to play along.

Singha: (roll init please)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *A sound part distant- thunder rumble, part greeting whine rolls from his throat.. pale eyes locked on the shape.*

Eye-of-the-Storm: 4,

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((10))

Singha -> Eye-of-the-Storm: (well, from the angry shadowlord like grousing coming from the approaching Garou, they very well might have been tricked. *G*)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: 9,

Singha: 4,

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((15))

Singha: (12)

Angelia Caponelli : 3,

Angelia Caponelli : (10)

Singha: Well Reyna could have done something had she been aware this thing was leaping at her, but...she's still looking at the glyph and admiring her non-Garouiffic shape. So she gets slammed into and bowled over by the sleek reddish wolf leaping for the glyph.

Singha -> Reyna Varinia Reiruno: (And somehow, she know's its Father Coyote because, well, his grin twinkles like a distant star and he cops a feel while he's standing there over her flat on her non-Hispoic back)

Singha: (Ang and Ing, state your actions)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "BWAAAH!" It's remarkably human-sounding, as she gets knocked onto her side. ~CS~ "Sonuva..."

Angelia Caponelli : (is the wolf staying on her or going to the glyph?)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *no time to be Switzerland- he turns to the others, chuffing, brief barks.* He tricked them- keep up with him! *to add exclamation, he starts off their run after the reddish wolf... the one so like Reyna.*

Singha: (At this point in time, it has simply landed on Reyna and appears to be gathering itself to make a leap toward the glyph.)

Angelia Caponelli : She chuffs and makes sure Reyna's alright before she starts after Ingvar and the wolf then.

Singha: 7,

Singha: (14) New round. State actions in following order: Ang, Ing, Stranger, Garou, Reyna

Singha -> Singha: 6,3,8,5,8,

Singha -> Singha: 10,9,6,2,2,

Angelia Caponelli : She's still following the reddish wolf (so leaping at the glyph I guess)

Singha: (roll dex+ath if you're leaping at the glyph)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Perhaps stoutest, but least spry of the group, Ingvar keeps a watch over one shoulder, ushering the others through the glyph in case the hunting pack must be slowed down. Can't outrun either female, so he guards the rear, following only after both are through.*

Angelia Caponelli : 9,8,6,9,10,4,4,10,

Angelia Caponelli : (does it... with style)

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((sorry- holding action.))

Singha: The Stranger leaps off of Reyna and toward the glyph.

Singha: 6,7,9,2,4,9,1,9,7,

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She climbs up to her feet, grinning despite herself, and follows suit.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((Whoops, jumped the gun.))

Singha: The pack of Shadowlords boil from the shadows in lupus, charging toward the Stranger, doing their best to close the distance.

Singha: 8,7,1,8,1,3,8,

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((Yeah, still jumping for the glyph))

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: 5,9,6,4,6,9,3,6,

Singha: Reyna scrambles up to her feet after the STranger leaps off of her and leaps after him. The pack of wolves charge out of the treeline, hell bent on revenge, and growling to Ingvar to stop they Wyrm creature. Ingvar remains in Hispo, holding his action to allow Ang a chance to leap as well.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *It blinks, but swirls in front of the glyph anyway, trying only to knock aside the Alpha before jumping through himself. A challenging bark- hopefully a suprise- before ((splitting dice pool)) trying to knock aside the lead, and jump through.*

Singha: The green glyph of fireflies explodes when the Stranger hits it, creating a wall of greenish looking balefire that roils out over Ang and Reyna as they jump, and then over Ingvar and the wolves charging toward him.

Singha: 8,3,1,8,5,5,4,

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((sorry, so I have this straight. Stranger hit the glyph before Ingvar's action? If so I'd imagine he's not on his feet to do what he'd intended to.))

Angelia Caponelli : Balefire? She presses down against the ground, head down until it passes.

Singha: (You guys cannot react to the fire until next action, this is happening simultaenous with you launching yourself in the air or at the Alpha, and I'm sorry but light simply moves faster than even shifters can. *G*)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((Gotcha. *S*))

Angelia Caponelli : (kk)

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((*G* good point. first action a body check to knock the alpha aside, second to turn and leap for the glyph.))

Eye-of-the-Storm: 6,9,7,3,4,1,

Eye-of-the-Storm: 1,3,

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((ignomonious... to say the least...*L*))

Singha: Ingvar knocks the Alpha aside but gets tangled up with him, while the other wolves yipe and launch themselves in any direction possible to avoid the balefire.

Singha: New round: Ang, Ingvar, Stranger, Wolves, Reyna

Angelia Caponelli : So this turn Ang does her best to avoid the bale fire.

Singha: (She's already surrounded by it, so how are you having her avoid it?)

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((I'd have to say the same here. This round extricating self from.... an Alpha. And coming up with a halfway decent lie for later.))

Angelia Caponelli : (ahh I was seeing a sort of wave, sorry getting late here :) it's not causing pain?)

Singha: Imagine the glyph being at the center of an explosion and the STranger hitting it making it explode. You are now engulfed in green flame, but it doesn't appear to be causing pain. It also may be that it's happened so fast you don't have ~time~ to feel the pain. Your call))

Angelia Caponelli : (is holding to see what Red's doing then)

Singha: And Ingvar you're trying to untangle youself from the Alpha and do what?

Singha: (not waiting for ingvar since he's having comp problmes) The Stranger hits the ground, which seems to also explode, but this time soundlessly with a rippling orange flame that spreads out along the ground.

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((Keep everyone on task. If he can see neither of the two others are hurt, bark for them to "get after him" and following up once they're off. Can figure him for friend or foe after caught/shadowlords outrun.))

Singha: The wolves fade beyond all of their vision as they see nothing but the cloud of green. The Alpha does it's best to untangle form Ingvar and leap for safety outside the ball of green flame

Singha: 9,2,8,10,6,3,7,

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She follows through with her leap, landing on the ground next to the Stranger with a big Sendeh grin.

Angelia Caponelli : (half hour warning for me btw)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Claws scrabble at the ground as the beast rights itself, spinning to continue guarding the rear in the run- and looking quite the fool as its head swivels from Reyna to Angelia... oh good.. maybe he was right the first time.*

Singha: Reyna lands after the STranger in a deep field of blossoming poppies, as does Ang. The sun blazes overhead. Impossibly blue sky over head. The Alpha leaps clear of the ball of green and disappears, as the ground erupts under Ingvar's feet with...poppies, the ball of green fire becoming merely the brilliant green of their stems.

Eye-of-the-Storm: 2,4,9,2,6,5,

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Manages to keep from hot- foot dancing when faced with the menacing poppies.*

Singha: The stranger bounds on ahead through the field, tongue lolling, big Coyote smile on his face.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She grins down at the poppies, and up the the Stranger. ~CS~ "I don't think we're in Kansas anymore..."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: Oh, we're still moving. Then she's haulin' ass after.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Unsettled, but he manages to remain outwardly calm, continuing to chase after the Coyote with the others.. though there is still another glance or two behind him.*

Angelia Caponelli : Eats twitching she looks around the poppy clad field. ~ss~ Coyote? She rowls back at Ingvar before starting to presue the coyote.

Singha: Ingvar has lost all sight of any trees, clearing, night filled with angry lupus Lords...any of that. He's a big black wolf in brilliantly sunny meadow filled with poppies

Eye-of-the-Storm: *whuffs back to Angelia that he's coming, as he wonders whether perhaps that was their own riddle, or the pack simply... failed one, and they managed to witness it.*

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Feeling a touch ridiculous amid such splendor, The Lord shifts back into Lupus, flowing like swift ink across the field after the others.*

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She bounds along, eyes in a full-on laugh now, doing her best to keep up with El Strangero.

Singha: The Stranger seems to be running for the sheer joy of running, tongue lolling, glancing over to grin at Reyna as she lopes along beside him.

Angelia Caponelli : Since they're just running for fun it would seem. She makes to tackle Coyote. In a playful way.

Angelia Caponelli : 2,5,7,8,3,10,

Singha: 4,5,7,8,7,6,9,5,4,

Singha: He easily evades Ang slowing down just enough to try to trip her, also giving Ingvar a chance to catch up.

Singha: 8,9,2,10,9,3,9,3,

Singha: (you want to try an dodge?)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She returns the grin to the Stranger, and makes an odd, human-sounding laugh as Angelia goes to tackle him and misses. She slows a bit herself, grinning at Ingvar.

Angelia Caponelli : Stumbles with a yelp and rolls back up to her feet easily. Shaking out her ash grey coat before loping along. (naw I'm good)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Angelia's idea is infectious.. after all, the other Lords were following as well.. perhaps one merely has to ~win~. oops- he means ~play~. He pours on the speed a bit, seeking to swipe Coyote's hind legs out from under him.*

Eye-of-the-Storm: 9,1,8,3,10,2,2,

Singha: 2,4,5,9,8,2,7,7,5,

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((assuming is a brawl roll, as opposed to athletics.))

Singha: He also evades Ingvar's attempt, and moves to trip him up

Singha: 4,4,6,3,2,8,5,

Eye-of-the-Storm: 9,2,2,2,

Eye-of-the-Storm: *He swirls to a rolling stop, end over end- and is on his feet once the world stops spinning. shakes his head, sprinting to catch up.*

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: Aww, they're playing with Dad. How cute. She grins as she watches.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *the air leaves his lungs in a grinding gush... that was... actually rather funny..*

Singha: As Ingvar starts to laugh, he finds the landscape changing to a loamy sort of marsh, very lush, filled with the songs of frogs, the music of water moving through reeds.

Angelia Caponelli : She nips at Ingvar's flank light to get him to get up and move with them. Chuffing at him with amusement.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *The pleasant mix of new smells draws his attention for a moment, chest expanding as he tries to sample them all- catching up for a moment an afterthought- but he does still try to.*

Singha: As Ang stops to nip at Ing, she too finds the landscape slowly morphing to an area she's familiar with.

Singha: The Stranger pulls up and circles around to watch them from a high rock, Reyna coming up beside him.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She smiles and takes a seat next to the Stranger, looking up with a grin to him. ~CS~ "Hey, Dad. S'up?"

Singha: As Ingvar sniffs around, he finds the ground erupting under his feet with pink tentacles, about six inches in diameter, and looking very much like giant earthworms.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *For a moment the place seems comfortable, familiar- rather than only type the glimpse of a path that is more memory than fact- he scrambles over Angelia, oddly squirrel-like, despite the distinguised figure the Lupus cuts- perhaps a touch of Ingvar a long time ago as he both leaps to follow the path and calls Angelia's attention to it with the odd scramble.. wait- no. Different place. He slows to a trot as he approaches the rock... growing wary for a moment as he considers the spirit through pale eyes.*

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((eh.... dlp*L*))

Singha: ~CS~ "How ya doing? Found some friends to prank, I see?"

Angelia Caponelli : She rowls happily and abandons Ingvar to sniff around a hillside vineyard.

Singha: (don't DLP just build on it. *g*)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *and now... its rather time to freak out. sniff them, jump around like a wierdo, the Judge for once unable to come to a ruling.*

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ~CS~ "Ohhhh, yeah. Whole bunch of 'em."

Singha: ~CS~ "They're so funny..."

Angelia Caponelli : Grumbles and rowls to herself as she sniffs around, glancing after Ingvar now and then. ~ws~ Just like Father's yards...

Eye-of-the-Storm: *okay that's just... no.. Ingvar zips like a shadow from one corner of the clearing to the other, looking for an end to the bizarre mass of... yes. odd counterpoint to the casually talking couple above.*

Singha: There are eight...no ten tentacles erupting from the soil, squirming around blindly, groping across the muddy soil, around Ing's feet.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Its bitten off- snapped at the female as he zips past.* NO it is not- I have BEEN to ITALY.

Singha: Until of course, Ing runs away from them, which makes the Stranger's eyes sparkle in amusement.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She looks at Ingvar and Angelia. ~CS~ "They're in the moment, I think. Should see 'em on the other side. Big black's EXTRA-fun ta mess with."

Singha: (Ang...excuse me but...you're in a marsh. What vinyards?!)

Angelia Caponelli : (I thoughy you said 'some location Ang's familiar with)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *He stops- turns.. hunches down to backtrack... they're right over there.. perhaps if he can sneak up, he can gather more infor-* YIP! *darts back.*

Angelia Caponelli : (Is minutes from bed sorry if I read it wrong)

Singha: (yes...what marsh is she familiar with?)

Singha: (That has giant earthworms?)

Angelia Caponelli : (Oh I thought you meant just some place she's familier with... doh)

Angelia Caponelli : (Yes. I recall now nix all that)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *a circling method.. there must be sensory apparati.. NO TOUCHING*

Angelia Caponelli : She looks over and around slowly, ~ws~ "NATE!?" She bounds over not away from the wormies but towards them.

Singha: As ingvar watches, the tentacle he's bit off retreats back into the soil. The other nine continue to emerge, until Ing sees they're attached to two giant hands of sorts.

Angelia Caponelli : ~ss~ "Great Blind Earth Mother?" She bads around where the earth is churning.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *looks from Angelia to the worms- and darts to drip her- growling at them. Apparently trying to save her from what may very well be no more than ick.*

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((drip= trip))

Angelia Caponelli : 9,9,1,4,5,1,7,

Angelia Caponelli : (that's my suckie dodge)

Singha: And then the arms emerge, and then an entire giant, naked pink human with skin that's moist and ringed like an earthworm's. He wears a breechcloth with a floral design on it, quilled in porcupine.

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((Not going to roll. If she tries to evade she likely will. He's too disturbed for much.))

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: Her head cocks the the side, watching the scene below with her own little sparkle of amusement.

Angelia Caponelli : She bounces around him on enroute and stops just shy of the creature to shift to homid. "Nate!"

Singha: He sticks the stump of the thumb that Ingvar bit off into his mouth and sucks it, looking thorugh very human eyes toward Ang and Ingvar. The STranger sits on the rock and watches, amused.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Looks from the giant to Reyna, then to Coyote- Mephistopheles, whatever, then back. No help there.. he focuses on the giant.. surely a trick.. something..*

Singha: As he sucks a new thumb grows from the stump of the old, and the stump that was bitten off burrows up under Ingvar's paws again.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *He eyes the giant, with the rather... unflattering name.*

Singha: The giant's hand moves down to grab hold of Ang, scooping her up and bring him to the strangely pulsating chest with that ringed skin.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Looks down and backs up. hmm.. apparently it didn't get the idea- SNAP.*

Angelia Caponelli : She gives a little suprised start but when he pulls her closer she hugs him tightly, "Baby I've missed you so much."

Singha: Ingvar cuts the tentacle in half. Nate keeps sucking his thumb. The two halfs squirm around and Ing finds he now has two tentacles to dodge, not one.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: If she's remotely worried, she doesn't show it. Curiosity is more prevalent on her face then anything else, looking to the Stranger, then back to the giant.

Eye-of-the-Storm: ~ws~ tell giant to stop. *directed perhaps at Angelia.. trying to see if the thumb is bitten off again.*

Eye-of-the-Storm: ~ws~ what is it doing. *Backing, backing... thinking.. glaring..*

Singha: ~CS~ "So aside from amusing me, why did you have your friends call me?"

Angelia Caponelli : "Stop attacking them then. And this isn't a Giant. This is Nathaniel. Be nice. He's my son."

Eye-of-the-Storm: *He freezes. Staring at Angelia. It is time to sit down. So he does. Looking from Angelia to the giant.* ~ws~ ...

Singha: ((LMAO that is such a classic line, Ang.)

Angelia Caponelli : (*g* thought it would have a nice effect) She goes back to hugging Nate tightly.

Singha: The stranger lays down on the ground and holds his belly, turning into a Native American human and just laaaaugggghing.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *This is better.. this he can deal with. Laughing or no. Yes, laugh. Simply do not be slimy. Gradually hackles drift flat.*

Angelia Caponelli : She grins over Nate's hand at Coyote. "You brought us here so we could give Ingvar a heart attack didn't you?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ~CS~ "Ah, shit, yeah." She looks to the Stranger. ~CS~ "So, we're wonderin' if you would teach us a Gift. We need to go to Egypt, rescue one of our sentaimates who's gotten kidnapped by a smuggling ring that goes after the other guys's kinfolk...mostly the wolves's." She actually gets a little somber, even being in His presence. ~CS~ "Gotta be able to speak the language over there, you know? You're the master of blendin' in...think we could convince ya to teach us?"

Singha: THe tentacles continue to reach for Ingvar, wrapping around his feet as he freezes and stares at Ang, moist, but not slimey. (Roll GN ingvar)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: When the Stranger changes, she shrugs, and decides to follow suit. This way, at least, they're all on the same page, linguistically. Which is, of course, what their goal is.

Eye-of-the-Storm: *He looks to Coyote as well, nodding respectfully before flowing into homid. One hand slips the gypsy amulet from around his neck.*

Eye-of-the-Storm: 7,3,8,

Angelia Caponelli : (I sadly HAVE to go to bed now)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *He tries.... tries... not to think about the tentacles. discreetly seeking to step out of them.*

Singha: The giant earthwormy creature hugs Ang to his chest like a treasured doll, rubbing his cheek against her.

Angelia Caponelli : (I will be around on MSN till noon tomorrow and then I'm off line for a work function and such till Friday day. Singha have a fantastic weekend if I don't see you before you leave)

Eye-of-the-Storm: *Yes, eyes firmly on the Stranger.*

Singha: (You guys want to pause? I have to wrap in 15 anyway, but probably won't be around tomorrow night until after class unless class is cancelled)

Angelia Caponelli : Ang's very very very happy to just snuggle and talk quietly with Nate until learning time if we do learn stuffs.

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((sure thing. I need to go to bed myself. This has been quite a fun scene though- thanks.*G*))

Angelia Caponelli : (we can pause but like I said I won't be about tomorrow. If it can wait till you get back that'd be uber cool cause Ang'd love to talk to Nate a bit)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((That's cool, I can pause. :) ))

Angelia Caponelli : (nini then!)

Singha -> Eye-of-the-Storm: When the tentacles wrap around his feet, Ingvar feels the sweeping sense of a rain washing through him, a mystical sense of Gaia's love for THunder's gift of the rain, the sense of potential that waits when those two touch one another.

Eye-of-the-Storm: ((I know we've paused, but let me post this so I remember to expound once the log hits and we continue.)) *Ingvar's face slips from carefully controlled to simple awe. Silent, focused inward, savoring something that sweeps through him. Oddly, his face is a touch more appealing without all the ice.*

Singha -> Eye-of-the-Storm: He intuitively knows that the earthworm is an expression of the purity of Thunder moving through the very soil of Gaia herself. He also senses an intelligence behind the tentacles touching him, and realizes that he is in contact with the giant creature holding Ang, speaking with the human earthworm Iroquois...thingie. and now we pause. *G*

Singha: *hits the official pause button*
