Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Hello?"

Sonja Kabari:
"Reyna Reiruno, please."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"This is her. Hey, Sonja. Ummm...what's up?" She's maybe a tiny bit buzzed...no slurring, though.

Sonja Kabari:
"Can you tell me if you, or any of Trevor's other mates, have reported unusual dreams of late?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"I have, yeah. Tonight. You, too? Or is it just back when he got shot in the knees by the two Trevor's in the jungle?"

Sonja Kabari:
"There have been other dreams. How long have you been experiencing shared dreams with him?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"On and off, or the current run?"

Sonja Kabari:
"Both."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Current run, this would be the first, unless you count the vision quest as a dream. On and off, Christ. For quite a while, honestly."

Sonja Kabari:
"Any idea how that's possible? Do you share dreams with anyone else?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"None of us are normal, Sonja. I'd say all bets are off on what's possible and what isn't. It's possible the hallucinogenic did it, with a little help. It was awakened."

Sonja Kabari:
That gives her pause, and there's a long silence as she considers it. "Best if you don't give him any more of that," she finally says.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"What was your dream? I'll tell you mine if you tell me yours."

Sonja Kabari:
"There seem to be three Trevors in my dreams. I believe he's suffering a dissociative event."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Good guess. Which ones do you have?"

Sonja Kabari:
All of them, you?

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
A sigh, and the pouring of liquid. "There's more then three, is what I'm saying, Sonja. Describe your three."

Sonja Kabari:
"Trevor as a young man, a sociopathic adult and a submissive adult."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"How old is the young man?"

Sonja Kabari:
Perhaps fourteen or so?

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"All right." She nods. "I had the sociopathic adult--Trevor--the submissive adult, who has no name, a younger one, maybe 8, and one of his other identities."

Sonja Kabari:
"Describe the last two, the alternate identity and the 8 year old, please."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Which identities of his are you aware of, so I know how much I need to explain?"

Sonja Kabari:
"I'm only familiar with his most recent ones."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Starting with who?"

Sonja Kabari:
"Fausto."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Perfect." Flick of a lighter. "The identity was Fausto, and turned into Trevor early on. The 8 year old was...well, Trevor at 8 years old. Didn't say much, though."

Sonja Kabari:
"Does he torture you in the dreams?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Well, yeah, sometimes. Tonight, it was my mother."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"You?"

Sonja Kabari:
"When I can't wake up, yes."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
A sigh. "Yeah, well. Welcome to the party, hon."

Sonja Kabari:
"He has some issues regarding black people."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"He has a lot of issues regarding black people. And women. And mothers. And so on. The list goes on."

Sonja Kabari:
"I can imagine. Do you have any theories regarding his personality divergence?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Thart we need to get them all together, and relatively soon."

Sonja Kabari:
"What do you believe the consequences of failure to do so 'soon' will be?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"My guess is, the longer they're apart, the harder it'll be to get them together. We're working on it."

Sonja Kabari:
"We who?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Angelia, myself, and another person, who...well, no offense. I trust you, up to a point, especially about myself. But I'm big on other people's confidences. It's nothing personal...I wouldn't tell anyone else that, either."

Sonja Kabari:
"And in that same regard, I certainly hope you wouldn not mention me to anyone at all, without my prior consent."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Of course not. I meant everyone's confidences, hon."

Sonja Kabari:
"Good. Perhaps you may find this information useful then. A portion of Trevor's brain has been regenerated. I believe these dreams may be an attempt at programming the new tissue and installing an integrated personality. I suggest those involved in his dreams avoid making him feel threatened. This could result in a strengthening of the psychotic portion of his personality."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"All right. Which 'him?'"

Sonja Kabari:
"Don't make any of him feel threatened. Should the dream become unpleasant, wake yourself up. I think this situation will correct itself in time, as far as the brain damage is concerned."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"No, I don't think it will." She pauses. "Sonja, do you understand the power of names?"

Sonja Kabari:
"Probably not in any sense that you would mean."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
A sigh. "Well, he needs a name. One that the spirits will accept. One name to integrate all the personalities into one."

Sonja Kabari:
"Transdimensional entities are notoriously unreliable. Why would he need their accpetance?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Transdimensional entities?" Ohhhh boy. "You just have to know how to work with them. It's...hard to explain, I'm afraid."

Sonja Kabari:
"No doubt."

Sonja Kabari:
"Well... consider calling him... Frank."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
She laughs a little at that. "See, I was going for Bob, but no one else liked it." She sighs. "It has to be an appropriate name. Names have importance and power, believe it or not, and we have to find a name that...fits."

Sonja Kabari:
"Frank is the name of the main character in the movie Hidalgo. Frank was in the dream we shared, playing the role of a rescuer after I ran into some... trouble."

Sonja Kabari:
"He may represent an alter ego or even a target ego for the new developing perona."

Sonja Kabari:
(persona)

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Yeah, he was in the vision quest, too. He was a symbol, not a target ego, as much."

Sonja Kabari:
"A positive symbol. Perhaps one that can be utilized to satisfy these transdimensional entities?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"It's still just a symbol of a part of him, Sonja. A part of him that is a confident man, one who had perserved in the face of overwhelming odds, and had accepted his own multicultural background. It...represents those qualities that can travel back and forth in Trevor, throughout."

Sonja Kabari:
"Fine. Call him Bob then."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"I was joking about Bob." She chuckles. "We'll find a name, and we'll do it soon."

Sonja Kabari:
"What was his birth name?"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Trevor is his birth name."

Sonja Kabari:
"Bob Brown."

Sonja Kabari:
"It has a ring to it."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
She chuckles. "It does have a ring. Comes up short on meaning, though."

Sonja Kabari:
"Bob, because it's short and to the point. Brown, because he really hates people of color. Well, part of him anyway."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"I'll keep that one in mind."

Sonja Kabari:
"Right. I still rather like Frank. However, my experience with trandimensional entities is limited to destroying them, not conversing or in any way satisfying their requirements. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help."

Sonja Kabari:
((poke, final posts? I need sleep.))

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"Of course, Sonja. Will do."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
((Sorry, though I hit Enter))

Sonja Kabari:
"Very well, good night Reyna."

Sonja Kabari:
*disconnects*
