Aerin Thomas: I know the place the Reapers are set up is at least generally known...have they made any statements about their area as to "Let us know you're coming" or anything similar?

Hauser (PB 4): No, not really.

Aerin Thomas: Okay. Aerin rides his bike down into Yorkville, driving up to the building they tend to congrgate in. He kills the engine and slips off, rolling his shoulders. Dressed down a bit from normal, he's wearing a black dress shirt and slacks with the lighter-fabric long coat he's exchanged the leather trench for in recent months, hair pulled back. After a quick scan around, he makes for the buildin, watching for any of those he knows to be part of the pack or kin...people he saw at the challenge, for example. He doesn't seem overly tense, and certainly not hostile. No staff with him today.

Hauser (PB 4): When he rides up, he can see that there are a few youths hanging around. Near the door is one larger man sitting on the ledge with the paper open. It looks like it might be open to the Comic's Section. Aerin stopping outside causes him to look up and when Aerin gets off the bike he stands to greet him. He just waits there then, holding the paper in one hand to see what Aerin does. The youths hanging around give a couple of smirks and jeers about the snazy dressed man.

Aerin Thomas: He walks up to the bigger guy, stopping about four feet away and nodding to him. "Evening." The tone in his voice is even and calm, almost relaxed. "I'm looking for a guy named Hauser. Any idea where I can find him at the moment?"

Hauser (PB 4): The large man looks Aerin over again and gives him a bit of a nod. "Ya, he's inside."

Aerin Thomas: He smiles a bit. "Thanks." A brief nod, and he moves past him, into the building. He gives a quick look around as he gets in, eyes quickly scanning the place before he looks for Hauser.

Hauser (PB 4): The large man smirks some, but lets him move on inside. Once he is in he will see what looks like the ground floor having been convereted to a dorm/living area perhaps. There are younger kids watching TV on a couple of couches and he can smell some food cooking in the kitchen. No sigh though of Hauser.

Aerin Thomas: "Hmm." He nods a little to himself, staying where he is--he's on their turf after all--and looks to the kids. "Hello." Slight upward nod of his head to them. He's a bit warmer to them in attitude. "You guys wouldn't happen to know know where Hauser is, would you?"

Hauser (PB 4): "In the kitchen getting a beer I think." the oldest says

Aerin Thomas: "Ahh, okay." He nods a bit. "Think it'd be okay for me to head in that way?"

Hauser (PB 4): "Knock yourself out." he says with a shrug as he turns back to the TV

Aerin Thomas: "Cool." He shrugs and makes his way into the kitchen.

Hauser (PB 4): He's in there alright, hanging out at the fridge with a beer in hand and chatting with an older woman who is busy cooking. Hauser looks to Aeriin when he comes in and chuckles some. "Well, fancy seeing you here."

Aerin Thomas: He can't help but smirk a little himself. "Yeah, go figure, huh? One might expect the rivers to run red and swarms of locusts next." He glances around a bit, then back to Hauser. "You got a few? I think I've got something for you."

Hauser (PB 4): "Sure." he says with a little nod. "Need somewhere more private?"

Aerin Thomas: "It'd be appreciated, yeah."

Hauser (PB 4): Hauser nods some and leads him out of the kitchen and upstairs. IT doesn't take him all that long really to get him upstairs to what might be a empty room or just a meeting room. Once inside he turns to look at Aerin. "So whats up?"

Aerin Thomas: He takes a lean against the wall, looking to Hauser. "So I think I may have someone who could be a potential lead to the hunters in the near future. It's not a certainty, but he certainly fits the profile now."

Hauser (PB 4): "Oh? Sounds like something we could use then."

Aerin Thomas: "Possibly, yeah. He's one to watch, at the very least, to see if the overtures are made. Ethan, my kin."

Hauser (PB 4): Hauser tilts his head some to the side as he considers what he is hearing. "Alright, then we'll try to keep an eye on him then. You know though it could get ... ugly right?"

Aerin Thomas: "Yeah, I do." He nods. "Frankly, Hauser, I think he has it coming, though I'm not particularly hoping for or against it, and certainly didn't come to you because I think you'll do it But no, I've cut him loose. If he makes it back to a state of grace on his own, good for him. Knowing his habits, I'm not particularly counting on it, though."

Hauser (PB 4): "Very well. We'll take care of it and I'll let you know what happens. Only fair right?" he says with a little grin.

Aerin Thomas: He nods. "I'll be keeping an eye out myself...if I find anything, I'll pass it on to you." He pauses, just a moment, before continuing. "There is, as fair warning, a very slight chance that he may be hanging around Tainted individuals. His last boyfriend after I cut him loose was a self-sustaining ghoul. The ghoul's dealt with, and to my knowledge had no contact with others of his kind...but there is always the chance."

Hauser (PB 4): "Good information to know." he says with a little nod.

Aerin Thomas: "Figured you might want to be aware." He nods a littlle. "I don't imagine he'll necessarily be hanging around the Sept much...probably at Angie's every now and then. And...that's about all I've got for you. Hope between us, we can put some use to it."

Hauser (PB 4): "I'm sure we will." he says with a little grin. "Thanks."

Aerin Thomas: "Quite welcome." He nods once more, his expression staying fairly calm throughout. "So how've things been going around here? Keeping busy, I hope?"

Hauser (PB 4): "Always."

Hauser (PB 4): "Nothing all that new really though, part of our Pack has moved to the Sentinel to help with matters there. Though don't go thinking that we're pulling out of the City."

Aerin Thomas: He shrugs at that. "Hauser, any problems between your group and I are long past, from my side at least. I don't like your methods at all, and I don't expect we'll be seeing each other at many activist rallies any time soon. But you get results. I can certainly think of worse things running around this city then you guys."

Hauser (PB 4): He chuckles some and nods, "Yes, exactly. Then we should do our best to keep the lines of communication open. With summer coming on, we'll surely have our hands busy."

Aerin Thomas: "Probably, yeah. And you're right...best to stay ready for it." He nods. "You know how to get ahold of me if need be, right?"

Hauser (PB 4): "Yup."

Aerin Thomas: "Cool." He nods and pushes off from the wall. "Then I guess I'll see you around. I'll give you a call if I find anything out."

Hauser (PB 4): "Same here."

Aerin Thomas: "Thanks." He moves to get the door, opening it up and heading downstairs, then out.

Hauser (PB 4): And Hauser follows him out.

Aerin Thomas: He doesn't linger any, giving the big guy outside (if he's still there) a departing nod as he mounts his bike and drives off.

Hauser (PB 4): The big guy gives a little nod to him as he leaves and then he's off .
